J-2 Covers and Closures

A J-2 engine, and even a bare thrust chamber, is shipped with a number of covers and closures. The engine handler has various storage spaces, some of which can be used to store covers and closures (although I'm uncertain as to whether that is the purpose of the storage spaces).

The largest and most prominent of these closures is the RK395-10132 "closure assy, thrust chamber exit", which covers the engine's exit plane. Other than the thrust chambers in Building 7241 back in '09, I don't believe I've ever seen one of these closures in person. It is a large closure with many features.
