The ST39500353RK003 is part of a larger "Support Assy, Oxidizer Inlet Duct." The ST39500353RK003 itself is the "Pad inlet duct (Fuel or oxidizer bipods)."
The oxidizer inlet duct is the horizontal red cylinder at center. I speculate that the two silver "X"es are each comprised of two bipods, and that this cover would help support them as the engine experienced vibrations during shipping and handling.
