The engine handler on which the thrust chamber is mounted has a storage area which was, at least when I visited the TC, used to store additional closures and covers. Since there are relatively few items still mounted to the TC which require covering, it would seem that most of these date back to when the TC was still a fully-assembled engine.

It looks like there are years of accumulated crud on some of these closures.
