One of the covers/closures in the handler's storage area.
It reads
IC82390-509
I was unable to identify this closure.
It does have something (what I assume to be the "hook" side of a Velcro fastener) sewn on the the nearly-vertical edge with the part number; there's what appears to be the "loop" portion of a Velcro fastener on the lower part which the hook side is overlapping.
