What appears to be a humidity indicator, located just counter-clockwise from the 6:00 position. It reads "Any Blue O.K." and has circles with 20, 30, and 40 (presumably percentage relative humidity).

There's no blue on it whatsoever, presumably indicating that it has been exposed to some hot, humid Alabama days :-)
