Bone Yard

I have some photos of what I call the "bone yard," an area where artifacts are stored off-exhibit. At the time these photos were taken, this was west of what was then the west parking lot, which is probably more-or-less where the Davidson Center is located today. On my last visit, many of these items were still in outdoor storage, albeit farther west.

Among the items in this area are what appears to be an S-IC intertank, two stacked S-II forward skirts, the recovered part of the Gemini-Titan 5 booster, and the Skylab 1G trainer which was previously displayed inside Space Hall.
