ACR Electronics Co. Model FA-5 penlight.

The accompanying sign reads

Flashlight carried to the moon by Tom Stafford during his historic Apollo 10 mission.

This brass flashlight, like a modern-day mini-Maglite, was powered by two AA batteries and was turned on and off by rotating the bulb end of the case.
