The four tall, grey tubs at left and in the back hold the remains of the F-1 thrust chambers (depending upon the specific unit, the thrust chambers aft of either the combustion chamber jacket or the the throat straps disintegrated upon impact with the ocean).

I believe the shorter tubs held the turbopumps.
