What appears to be part of an emergency ejection checklist on the suit's left arm. It reads

6-line release
Deploy kit (2M.FT)
Inflate vest
Visor down
Vent hose
Comm. cord
Close UCD
Feet in Water
Release canopy

I'm not specifically familiar with "UCD" as it pertains to the Shuttle ejection escape suit, but in the Apollo program a "UCD" was a "urine collection device," which allowed the astronaut to relieve himself while wearing a spacesuit.
