Detail of the regenerative cooling tubes just aft of the throat.

This part of the thrust chamber is constructed of 180 tubes, and the tube cross-section is basically round. At the hydrogen inlet manifold, another 180 tubes are introduced into the nozzle wall, and the cross-section is much flatter.
