I have no reference diagrams of the H-1 injector, so I don't know which are the fuel and which are the oxidizer rings.

However, we can see that the ring closest to the combustion chamber wall has a large and a small hole, the one hole larger presumably to provide film cooling for the wall (in which case the outer-most ring is likely a fuel ring). The other propellant's rings (which I am then assume are oxidizer rings) are primarily triplets, but the outermost LOX ring has a quadruple pattern which I've not seen before.
