Detail of the interface between the retrograde and adapter equipment sections. I believe that the red-and-white striped cord visible between the two sections represents the pyrotechnics used to separate the sections in flight.

The text on the retrograde section (at left) reads "Handle With Care", "O.A.M.S. Thruster Access / Handle With Care", and "Tubing Cutter Access / Handle With Care".

The text on the adapter equipment section (at right) reads "ECS Service O2 Fill Vent / Guillotine Access / Handle With Care". The text in the upper right begins "O.A.M.S. Oxidizer" (but is cut off).
