SRB Handling Fixtures

During my July 2009 visit, I saw some Shuttle SRB components behind Building 4205. By September 2013, some of these parts had been assembled into a complete SRB, but several SRB component handling fixtures remained: A forward skirt transportation pallet and a frustum transportation pallet.
