Mercury Spacecraft 12B

Some time between June 2004 and June 2005, Mercury Spacecraft #12B replaced the Mercury MR-1 spacecraft in the Early Space Exploration building. This particular spacecraft never flew in space, instead serving as the backup spacecraft for Wally Schirra's flight (which successfully flew with Sigma 7).
