The sign accompanying the LEVA. It reads

Aldrin's Extravehicular Visor

Buzz Aldrin wore this outer helmet while on the surface of the moon. It fitted over his clear pressure-bubble helmet.

The A7L Lunar Extravehicular Visor Assembly has two visors, one with a thermal control coating and the other with a gold optical coating. It also has two side sunshields, which could be raised and lowered independently. These shields and visors protected Aldrin's eyes from the unfiltered light of the Sun while outside on the airless Moon.
