A panel from the exhibit's signage. It reads

Castaway!

The camera system on display washed ashore in the Bahamas seven weeks after launching on the SA-7 (Saturn I Block II) mission September 18, 1964. Two other SA-7 cameras were found in El Salvador. Recovery teams normally retrieved onboard cameras after they were jettisoned into the Atlantic. However, a hurricane thwarted SA-7 recovery efforts. Five of the rocket's eight cameras are still missing.
