A-7 Engine (Outdoors)

For a time, a Redstone A-7 rocket engine was located outdoors, in the Rocket Park. It was eventually moved to a protected area next to the building before being refurbished and placed on display indoors.

It appears that this engine is one of those modified for the Mercury-Redstone Project; it is fitted with an auxiliary hydrogen peroxide tank.

I have a number of resources regarding the Redstone A-7 engine, as well as the Redstone missile.
