The suit's boot is part of the TLSA, and the ITMG outer layer would cover the boot (except for the sole).

Looking at the sole, the the flat part sticking out around the edge of the blue pressure layer seems exceptionally wide; this is to allow for the ITMG to cover the TLSA boot and fasten to the sole via a system of loop tape and lacing cord, some of which is visible here.

The suit's left boot has the ITMG cover over it (although I failed to take any photos of just the left boot). Note the zipper at the top of the ITMG boot, which would attach to the rest of the ITMG.
