Saturn V S-IVB (Third) Stage Gallery

Overall walk-around of one of the stage's Auxiliary Propulsion System (APS) units.

Picture 2 of 6.

This is the only Saturn V S-IVB stage displayed with its APS modules. The S-IVB stage at the Kennedy Space Center is displayed without any APS units, allowing a view of the mounting brackets and associated plubming. The S-IVB stage at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center is displayed with Saturn IB-type APS units (or mockups thereof).

The S-IVB mockup on the Ardmore Welcome Center Saturn IB is displayed without APS units. The KSC Saturn IB is displayed with proper Saturn IB-type APS units.
