A series of inspection stamps on the nozzle extension. I seem to recall that these were just to the right of the nozzle extension ID plate, but am not certain.

They read "PSM 5", "PSM 28", "PSM 25", "PSM P5", "PSM P4", "PSM P6", "RW 210", and "PSM ASSY 3". Under the stamps it reads "A123-12".
