LRV Mockup

I visited the museum fairly early in my explorations of aerospace museums, and as such did not immediately recognize that this Lunar Roving Vehicle was actually a reproduction or mockup.

Some time after I visited the museum, I contacted them, asking for information about the specific LRV. I got a reply stating, "It is a mockup that was manufactured in by a company in South Florida for the museum many years ago." Taking a guess at the "South Florida company," I contacted Guard-Lee, who confirmed that they built the museum's rover.

If I'd have known it was a replica, I might not have taken quite so many photos of it, but here are the ones I did take.
