Friendship 7

Friendship 7 was displayed in the Milestones of Flight Gallery by the Mall entrance during my two visits to the museum. The Smithsonian undertook a significant renovation of this gallery starting early in 2015, and I understand that the spacecraft is still on display, although in a substantially updated exhibit.
