One of the signs accompanying the moon rock. It reads

The Apollo 11 Moon Rock

This lunar sample was collected in July 1969 by Astronauts Neil A. Armstrong and Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr.
It is composed of fragments from the moon's original crust, which is over four billion years old.
Scientists call this type of rock vesicular basalt.
