This photo from 2003 shows one of the weigh bags. It is positioned differently than my 2009 photo and includes a metal frame.

Although the camera I used in 2003 has too-low a resolution to read all of the red-striped tag on the metal frame, I can read "Class III" (indicating training use only) and what appears to be "flight"; presumably, it is similar to this "Class III Not for Flight"" label.
