"Use with red helmet ring only" notice on the suit's neck ring.

Earlier missions (Apollo 10 and prior) used a blue helmet ring (both the suit and the helmet itself had blue rings). The difference between the blue and red neck rings was that the red neck ring introduced an improved vent port.

Note that although some crew portraits for later missions depicted a blue neck ring, the Apollo 11 crew had red neck rings on their primary suits.
