Museum of Aviation

The Museum of Aviation is located on Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia. It houses a wide variety of aircraft in four large buildings, with many planes parked outside as well.

We stopped at the museum on one of our trips to Florida. As parents of school-aged children, we do most of our traveling during summer break, when it is unfortunately hot in America's southern states. It was very hot with few friendly clouds. Since most of the planes parked outdoors were more modern (which I generally find less interesting than WWII-era planes), I didn't brave the sun and heat, preferring to photograph the more interesting planes in the climate-controlled buildings.
