Two ID plates, located between the two lower struts of a gimbal outrigger. This photo is rotated 90° for ease of inspection. The one at the bottom of this photo is the "master" ID plate, which would contain the engine's serial number. Unfortunately, I did not know what such an ID plate was, and I did not take a complete picture of it. Sadly, the tag is weathered such that only a few individual letters or digits are readable; even on the full-resolution version, I can't make much out. After the engine was moved to the Air Zoo and after I got a better camera, more of the ID plate could be read. | ||||
