The museum displays Apollo 9 with a fully-deployed parachute.
LCDR Scott "Spaceaholic" Schneeweis
notes that this is not an Apollo flight parachute, but rather an earlier
developmental prototype and provides
a link with additional information about this specific parachute.
Apollo 16 at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center and CM-002 at the Cradle of Aviation are both displayed
with main chutes, but those parachutes are displayed gathered up or draped over
the command module. This is the only place I've seen a chute displayed like
this.
