Red Bluff Rd. Mercury Boilerplate

I don't know much about this Mercury boilerplate. The Field Guide speculates whether this should more properly be referred to as a boilerplate or a model; since the Field Guide lists it as a boilerplate, I've listed it as such as well. It has apparently received some attention since the pictures on the Field Guide were taken, and it now bears the markings of Friendship 7.

This boilerplate is located at the intersection of Red Bluff Rd. and San Augustine Ave. in Pasadena, TX (Google Maps link), only a short distances from Space Center Houston.
