The swing arms on the Apollo Launch Umbilical Tower (LUT) are numbered from 1 to 9, with #1
being the bottom-most swing arm and #9 being the upper-most. With the white room at the end of it, Swing Arm 9 is the
swing arm used by the crew
to access the Command Module.
Swing Arm 9 from LUT 1, the LUT used by the Apollo 11 mission, is on display in
the Rocket Garden, near Saturn IB SA-209.
The interior of the white room has been stripped of most of its equipment; a
more complete example of a white room is located at
the Kansas Cosmosphere.
I've prepared a page with
diagrams of the white room, or you can read the Apollo/Saturn 5 -
Launch Complex 39, Mobile Launcher Service Arms, Operations and Maintenance
Technical Manual.
