This picture features the S-II (second) stage's forward skirt and forward bulkhead and the S-IVB (third) stage's single J-2 engine, thrust structure, and aft skirt. The large white fairing on the top of the aft skirt leading to the silver pipe along the thrust structure is the LH₂ feed line.

Partially obscuring the S-IVB stage, at the top of the picture, is Lunar Module #9 (LM-9).
