This picture features the forward skirt and forward (LH2 tank) bulkhead as well as the Spacecraft-Lunar Module Adapter (SLA) and the Service Module and Command Module boilerplates.
Also visible at the top of the picture is the hammerhead crane from the Launch Umbilical Tower (LUT) segments.
