LR-101 (Vernier) Engine

Back in 2005, the Visitor Center offered an add-on tour called "Then and Now," which drove past KSC headquarters, through the industrial area, to several historic launch pads, and to the Cape Canaveral Space Force Museum located on the former Launch Complex 26.

Inside the museum was an LR-101 engine, which was used as a vernier engine for the Atlas and Thor. It was displayed without its fairing, allowing a view of the gimballing mechanism.
