The back of the TLSA is dominated by the entrance zipper, running from the neck ring, down the back of the suit, and under the crotch of the suit.

Also note the shoulder cable (used to restrain the shoulders, preventing the suit from over-expanding when pressurized) along the top and the LM restraint ring at the hip.
