Even on the original, full-size picture the plate is very difficult to read. The plate lists the trainer as built by the "McDonnell Douglas Corporation" and includes the "Assembly No." (unintelligble, but seems to end with "02"), "Name" ("Ingress Egress [V]ehicle" -- the 'V' is not legible, but there's a blank space where it should be and the "ehicle" is fairly legible), "Contract No." (something like "F04 695-67-C-0023"), and also lists unintelligble initials or symbols for "Cont'r Insp" and "Cust. Insp".
