Detail of pilot's window. The writing on the window says, "This equipment built for NASA by McDonnell Douglas." Of course, the company was known as "McDonnell Aircraft Corporation" when the equipment was actually built, and Boeing has since acquired McDonnell Douglas, but such are the vagaries of the aerospace industry.

Aft of the the window, one can see that the shingle upon which the Sigma 7 was painted has been replaced by a piece of Plexiglass. This can also be noted in the overall side view.
