The tail unit's steam vent.

The engine's steam duct would dump exhaust steam from the turbine overboard through this vent. This exhaust steam added approximately 3,000 pounds to the engine's rated thrust.

Note the LOX replenishing coupling at upper left.

The steam vent is directly adjacent to the hydrogen peroxide overflow and vent port.
