The entrance zipper, which runs from the suit's left shoulder to right hip, opens to allow the astronaut to don and doff the suit.

The cable from the neck going to the red pulley assembly with the white nylon strap is the helmet tie-down strap.

Below and to the viewer's right, partially obscured by the white nylon strap, is the suit's inlet vent port.
