Near the 1:00 position, note the suit's vent port.
Cool air from the PLSS was routed through this vent port via the flat grey hose and into helmet. The back of the helmet served as both a headrest and a vent pad; air flowed through ducts on the back of the vent pad and provided ventilation to the helmet.
