The Lunar Brush in 2002.

Lunar Brush

A nylon bristle brush was used by crew members who walked on the moon. Its purpose was to clean dirt from spacesuits and other items. The brush, attached to an extension tool, allowed easier use by the astronaut.

There's video of one of the later Apollo crews (I think it was Apollo 17) using a brush like this to remove dust from the television camera lens on the Lunar Rover. Alas, I did not watch all 61 hours and 26 minutes of Apollo 15-17 EVA footage to locate the exact clip :-)
