Redstone

A Redstone missile stands, vertically, in one corner of the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar. As it is in a poorly-lit corner, painted a dark, olive drab, color, and being very tall, the Smithsonian's "no tripod" policy prevented me from taking many pictures of it.

The missile has had various panels cut away to see the internals of the missile. I have here two pictures into the engine compartment.
