Enterprise

When I visited, the museum displayed the orbiter Enterprise, the first Space Shuttle manufactured, which used only for atmosphere flight and ground tests.

Enterprise had been NASM collections ID#A19860004000, but apparently removed it from their collections database upon transferring it to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.

Displayed above Enterprise cockpit is a manned maneuvering unit.

As of now, I have not yet sorted through all of my pictures of Enterprise, but some other page references this location. Thus, this is a "place holder" version right now, with only the pictures actually referenced.
