The plaque on the model of an astronaut wearing an AMU. It reads

Air Force Astronaut Maneuvering Unit
(DOD/NASA Gemini Experiment D-12)
Quarter Scale

LTV Aerospace Corporation
Astronautic Division

The "LTV" refers to Ling-Temco-Vought. Although I'm unfamiliar with the background of the Ling and Temco legacy companies, the "Vought" comes from Chance Vought Aircraft, the company which produced the F4U Corsair during World War II.
