The upper portion of the oxygen tank's shipping container serves as a plinth for the fuel cell with which the tank is displayed.

There are numerous labels slapped on the shipping container. The ones with writing large enough to be legible include "Fragile - Handle with Care" and "Apollo Mission Essential Equipment - Handle with Extra Care." There's a "North American Rockwell Corporation" label which is struck out, with another nearby label reading "Boeing Huntington Beach".
