Visible in this photo, from right to left, are the European Space Agency's Columbus laboratory, the U.S. Harmony node, and the Japanese Kibo laboratory (mostly obscured) with its Experiment Logistics Pressurized Section above it, the U.S. Destiny laboratory Logistics Pressurized Section above it, the U.S. Destiny laboratory, the U.S. Unity node, the U.S. Quest airlock, and an Italian Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM).

The white module with the red and grey thrusters is part of the Russian Zarya module.
