The maneuvering gun he's holding appears to be similar to the one used by Ed White on his Gemini 4 EVA, but appears to be lacking the compressed nitrogen tanks.

The actual maneuvering gun used by Ed White on Gemini 4 is on display at Space Center Houston, but I did not see it and thus did not photograph it. There is a similar maneuvering gun on display at the USSRC.
