The upper torso of the suit.

Visible at left is the suit's ID tag.

The large zipper running from the suit's left shoulder to the waist is the suit's pressure-sealing entrance zipper, allowing the astronaut to don and doff the suit.

At center is the suit's helmet tie-down strap. A metal cable attached to the suit's neck ring and went around the pulley at the center of the chest. The attached strap went to the suit's crotch area. This system would prevent the helmet from rising up and obscuring the astronaut's view when the suit was pressurized.
