Mercury Plaques

A series of plaques commemorating the Mercury flights are displayed on a wall by the steps up to the Mercury interior viewing platform.

The display was redone sometime between 2013 and 2017, swapping out images of the "nose art" that was painted on each spacecraft with the commemorative patches (no Mercury astronaut wore a mission patch on their flight).
