Before I reported the loose dome sealing plugs to a docent, I obtained permission from a museum employee to remove one of the plugs to photograph.

One of the faces has an inspection stamp and reads "20154" and another face reads "E" and has two inspection stamps.

Note the holes for the lockwire.
