The sign accompanying the A7L suit. It reads

The Apollo Space Suit

This suit with its backpack, designed and created primarily for extra-vehicular activity, enabled the lunar astronauts to dispense with the umbilical hose of the type used on the Gemini "spacewalk" and to roam freely over the lunar surface. This EVA space suit system was one of the most complex and difficult crew-equipment development programs yet undertaken in the manned space flight era.

Manufactured by ILC Industries, Inc.
